I am sitting in the SEA-TAC airport waiting for our flight out of Seattle and thought I would give you a very appropriate image.  This actually wasn’t taken on this trip but on a previous trip to Seattle where we had the chance to grab a cup of coffee at the ORIGINAL Starbucks at Pike Place Market!  Catch you when I’m back on the east coast!

So…this Jelly fish…ahm…Jelly MONSTER washed up on the beach while we were swimming.  Seriously bigger than my head.  Oh Florida.

This past Saturday Lindsey and Daniel tied the knot at the GORGEOUS Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, FL.  I had the great pleasure of meeting these two and photographing their engagement session back in February and have been looking forward to this day ever since I began to hear about some of the beautiful details!  Not only was Lindsey an absolutely stunning bride but the whole evening was both elegant and fun.  This couple, as well as their families, are as sweet as they all are good looking:)  The best part of the night (and that is a tough choice….) had to be the way that the evening ended with most of the bridal party and guests dancing the night away OUT IN THE RAIN – including the bride in her designer gown!!!  Now THAT is the epitome of the classy but laid back bride!  I must say that some of the most incredible vendors made their big day  very impressive and well worth mentioning:

The ceremony and reception venue was the absolutely stunning Powel Crosely Estate.

DJ and live performances were provided by the incredibly talented Jonathan Cortez (thejacofalltrades@gmail.com)  This former American Idol contestant gave unbelievable live performances of everything from Frank Sinatra to Michael Jackson!  You MUST check him out! (I am working on getting a website link)

Floral design was meticulously created for every element of the evening by the talented people at An Exceptional Florist.

The delicious and personalized custom cakes (true Ace of Cakes style!!!) were designed by Lyndsy McDonald at Pastries by Design

The delicious food was catered by the Polo Grill.

Welcome to my real life…pureed peas and carrots.  I’m sorry Gerber but I refuse to pay  $.50 – $.85 for 10 spoonfuls of baby food.  There you have it…I’m cheap AND my life is far from glamorous:)
